Work Out Wednesday: What To Eat Before A Workout?


What I Eat?
  • Breakfast: Oatmeal with blueberries, flaxseed, and granola
  • Pre-Snack: Kellogg's Chocolate Chip Fiber Plus Bar and carrots

What do you eat before your workout?

You have some fab choices! Recently since my workouts have been between 7:30 am and 9:30 am. I make sure to get some water in before I enjoy some yogurt and coffee. I try not to eat 1-2 hrs after I workout too.
