Hey ladies! I think its important that we all keep in mind the 10 commandments of weight loss. It is a guideline geared towards shattering the myth of healthy eating, inspiring motivation for fitness, and educating others on become their best self. I believe its great to read positive notes that trigger that drive in us that wants to succeed. This is no easy journey and there are no right or wrong answers but there are great tips. We hope that these tips have been helpful to you and we hope you put them to use. We often forget that weight loss is also mental. If we keep our thoughts uplifted, determined, and certain we will most definitely persevere.
